A Simple Reminder for Self Care and Celebrating Life

Here are simple things YOU can do for self care and to celebrate your life and those around you:

Rest up- Sleep allows us to be more productive,  less irritable, and live longer

Exercise- Helps prevent diseases, enhances flexibility, and improves quality of life

Meditate- Helps you to focus, lowers stress

Relax– Try deep breathing, stretching, get a massage, pedicure, or manicure

New experience- Try new places, foods, activities…Bungee jumping anyone?

Interact- make a new friend, maintain current friendships and relationships

Volunteer– At the nursery at your place of worship, at a shelter or soup kitchen, with youth as a tutor or mentor, at home with the cleaning or cooking

Right now, write down a few ideas for yourself. Opportunities are endless
